I don’t know why I’m upset. We’re gonna be friends, and that’s basically what we were anyway. I liked him, I really did. But maybe some relationships really do need to just stay friendships. I know that that’ll be best for us. He said he didn’t have feelings like that for me anymore. That’s what bothers me. That was my biggest fear from the start: what if his feelings just stop.
